I am a fully qualified counsellor, completing an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Counselling in 2005. 

I work mostly within the person-centred model of counselling and at all times I work within the BACP code of ethics.

​

I work from my home-based practice in Icklesham (not far from Winchelsea, Rye and Hastings) in East Sussex.

​

I offer a friendly and professional counselling service and provide a safe and comfortable place where you can explore your difficulties.  I have extensive experience in helping clients struggling with a wide range of issues including:  depression; anxiety; bereavement; anger; assertiveness; relationships; self-esteem; self-confidence; abuse; sexuality and  gender as well as offering counselling for clients who feel generally stuck and lacking energy and motivation, unable to fulfil their aspirations.

As well as my private practice I have many years experience working with other agencies within the health and voluntary sectors.

 

I work with adults and young people aged 16+ and I work with both individuals and couples.

  

I offer daytime and evening appointments.

​

I can provide wheelchair access if required.

​
